Notify me if my ordinance request was successful
If I request ordinances for a family member who was born within 110 years, or for a friend, I am just never sure whether the request made it into the system. I used to get a case assigned that I could see in "My Cases". Now I have nothing. Could you add a step where you send me an email when you receive the request by whatever process - online form, call, chat, Community - acknowledging that the request was successfully received and will be handled in the order it was received?
