A way to report issue where next family was added to previous family

On more than one occasion I have found census records where 2 separate family households have inadvertently added with the next listed family. There should be an easy way to report or correct this issue.

The latest I have found is below: These are two separate households. Alexander W Allen family, lines 27-29 have the next household added to his family, lines 30-37.

This is the only way I could figure out how to report this for correction. I am happy to help in any way I can to correct such problems. Thank you very much.
