You can only delete photos you have personally uploaded yourself.
If you like your cousin's version better, you can delete your copy. If yours are better quality, you would have to ask her to delete her duplicates.

. . . and with all the above said . . . there are legitimate cases where two different people might indeed have valid reasons to have a photo in their Memories gallery linked to a person when someone else has already linked their version of the same photo to the person. In some cases under that scenario (as it applies to items I have uploaded) I may mark my OWN version of the item as "private" so that I am the only one to see it and people don't perceive the duplicity. Detaching someone else's item (without consulting with them) is only going to cause bad feelings.
and its not the end of the world if there is some duplicity.
I worry some times when people are more worried about the duplicity than they are worried about the perception of their actions by others.
