How do I contact FamilySearch Data Administration?

My son used a software product a year ago to pull names from FamilyTree that has unacceptable side effects. FamilySearch Data Administration told him to quit using it, which he did until October. Now FamilySearch Data Administration has disabled his account. I have tried to respond to them with a reply to their email, but it does not work, and the email is automatically deleted.

I wrote a letter explaining the situation, but I need an email address to send it to.
