Do we use the number stamped on Wisconsin SSN Indexing?

the previous indexing did not use the stamped number on the form because we were supposed to use the state file number. there is not one on these new records. do we use the stamped number on the form or not?

    For restricted records it is best to ask your supervisor. They are the only people who have the correct answers for restricted records.
