In the list of children in my family tree, it has Mary "Polly" Ann Jenkins as one of the children of Moses Perkins. I do not believe that she was one of his daughters. If so, why is her last name Jenkins. I believe that she might have been in the home of Moses Perkins but she later married William Perkins. In the Lincoln county records, there is an entreat of a William Perkins marrying a "Polly" Jenkins in 1797. I believe that this was the Mary "Polly" Ann Jenkins listed as a daughter of Moses Perkins. Could this be the case?

William 1770 - 1827 His father was possibly Moses Perkins.

Mary Polly Jenkins was either born 1781 or 1774. She died in 1855.

They were married between 1795 - 1797

some of their children were: Moses 1797, Sally 1802, Andrew 1804 and Logan 1809.

Could Reuben Perkins be one of their children 1813?
