The first batch I received has two records for the same deed. It is just different parts of the deed. Do I only index the first and state the second is no extractable data? also. another record has the second 1/2 of a deed (the part without the grantor and grantee names) and then the start of a new deed. do I only index the new deed? the examples or instructions don't seem to address these situations.

It would be most helpful if you shared the batch to get the most accurate answer.

To do this, provide the batch code which is the series of letters and numbers in brackets after the project title. [XXXX-XXX] You can either edit your original post, or put the batch code in a comment.
