I saw a pedigree that includes my 7 times Ancestor but different birthdates and death dates however same wife.

I wish to know where that information was located ( source) and how it was determined that they connected to his pedigree?

I would go further into that pedigree but not until I can verify that that Ancestor is one and the same as mine?

File on Family search .org site is under DavidDonovan Sweeney Huston Hill 10 2019

    The Ancestor in Question is

Jacques Fontaine born 1631 - 1692 ( as shown on his pedigree).

    I am just another 'lowly' User/Patron ...

    Just in passing ...

So, this is the individual/person, in the "Pedigree Resource File", in the "Genealogies" Part, of 'FamilySearch':

    https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/2:2:3561-XQV

You could try, contacting the User/Patron ( DavidDonovan ), who submitted the GEDCOM File, directly, by sending a 'Message', through "User Messaging" of 'FamilySearch'.

Just in case you were not aware ...

Here are some "Knowledge Articles", in 'FamilySearch':

How do I send a message to someone who contributed to Family Tree or Memories?

    https://www.familysearch.org/en/help/helpcenter/article/how-do-i-contact-or-message-a-user-who-contributed-to-family-tree-or-memories

How do I use FamilySearch Messages?

    https://www.familysearch.org/en/help/helpcenter/article/how-do-i-use-familysearch-messages

    Good Luck.

I hope, that this may help/assist, somewhat.

    Thank You so much.

Today I located this in viewing Roottech.org .

I sent a messege as directed in your informative post today.

I had read somewhere on that original pedigree that David Dovovan may be deceased and no mention of who is taking over his research, however I did send a messege today and crossing my fingers in hope of a positve outcome.

    Thank you !

    Unfortunately ...

We more often than not, DO NOT always get a response.

There are often, NO responses to, 'Messages'; and, even, "E-mails", if available, that we send.

There are any number of reasons why other Users/Patrons DO NOT respond:

Some being; but, certainly NOT limited to ...

    ▬ User/Patron, has Died themselves

▬ User/Patron, DOES NOT know about 'Messages', in "User Messaging", in 'FamilySearch' (or, even, "E-mails")

▬ User/Patron, is an infrequent User/Patron, of "Family Tree" of 'FamilySearch'

▬ User/Patron, may have STOPPED using, "Family Tree", of 'FamilySearch'

    and, of course ...

▬ User/Patron, may SIMPLY choose NOT to respond

    Regardless ...

    Good Luck.

    Brett
