My Quick links

Under "Quick Links" it shows that I have 154 under "My Discussions". When I click on that , nothing appears. Am I doing something incorrect or is there something else I have to do. I thought clicking on "My Discussions" would just bring up all 154 past discussions.

@Steve Schell - Are you referring to the Quick Links in the sidebar of the community? If yes, we've been having trouble with that. The problem has been sent to the community's platform provider and we are waiting for them to work on it.

I suggest going to your profile and clicking on your discussions from there. If you need more guidance on that front, just let us know.

I have tried opening "My Discussions" on the Quick Links page and also "My Discussions" from my Profile. Neither returns the over 150 discussions. Are all of these discussions now lost and unretrievable?

    Hello again,

The good news is that the discussions aren't lost. The mixed news is that I don't know when a fix will be rolled out. I contacted Vanilla (the community's provider) about this. It is a known issue, and they'll let me know when it is fixed.

I am sorry about the inconvenience.
