My issues are only in the last few days as I got used to the last update in Sep last year. I am an experienced user of FS and use the site nearly every day as I help people with their ancestry on many FB genealogy groups. I have already tried what you have suggested to no avail. I am using the browser on my iPad Pro and didn’t update my iOS system unfortunately as using iOS 13.5.1 and now IOS 14 is no longer available do I think that my operating system is not compatible. Hence my search not loading records. If I wait a bit they load but slowly. My main issue is that I cannot find anywhere to edit my search once I have done so like I used to be able yo several days ago. So it is this latest January update that has caused me problems. I’ve tried Firefox and Chrome browsers as well as my usual Safari browser and the problem is still the same. I am a very adept and experienced user and this is a real hindrance to me. My other issues are that suggestions of similar records (once I check a record out) won’t open at all and the preferences link won’t work either?
