How do I find if any books or reference to families living in Flemingsburg Kentucky after the Revolutionary War. I have traced a great grandmother to that county. I think she could be a daughter or grand daughter of John Shannon Ross and Betty Furrow. She was married before the 1850 census were taken. Her name is Annise Ross and died in Graham, Nodaway, Missouri and Married to Henry Monroe McRoberts in Indiana.

Thank you

Hello, I do hope this link will help you.

FamilySearch provides access to digitized genealogy and family history books from libraries around the world. You can search them from our website. Books include biographies, family histories, local histories, and directories.

When you search the FamilySearch Digital Library, the system looks for your search terms in the description of the book. The search also looks for your terms in the full text of the book.

    Best Regards Maureen
