In a Middlesex, Eng. Baptismal record: Are the words at the end of the baptismal record "died?"

On the UK, England, Middlesex—Parish Registers, 1539–1988 [Part B][MSP8-N2T], the 10th line for 'Sarah dau of Edward and Sarah Mountague, do the words at the end mean "died?" I cannot make out what they are.

    I think it says "the same day and yeare"

    Hi Elaine. I agree with Melissa it does say "the same day and yeare," but it also shows that Sarah is the daughter of Edward and Elizabeth Mountague is that the correct line?
