Hi @dianetnelson, There's no problem with your computer. The current Wisconsin batches are experiencing downloading problems - go the Wisconsin SSN Indexing community group to find instructions on returning these batches -- Thanks Mary😎

It could be that you need to do some housekeeping on your browser. Try a different browser and see if that helps. If it does, then clear cache and cookies on your preferred browser using the instructions in the following Knowledge Article: Or skip trying a different browser and go directly to the remedies suggested in the article. Good luck, and if this doesn't help, come back here and/or give FS Support a call.

We cannot help you. That is a special project and you will need to take up the issue with your supervisor. If you are not sure how to contact them go into your email inbox and find the communication you had with them in the beginning when you were invited to join in that indexing project.
