Continuing problem web page
Using a chromebook without problem until this subject started last week. The page is hanging up with about a five person response in search, the rightside window will not close, and it disables the arrows keys totally and screen is basically stalled. Tonight another situation became when I could not log into findagrave.com as it would not take log in. And was blocked for thirty minutes. Back on familysearch.org I was getting a new error as record number, not found, restricted, or removed. Its shows on screen but the error comes upon. The screen moved a little when arrow down and finger drawn on pad at same time, not much else.

I hope you are well. The first thing I suggest is clearing your cache. Sometimes people need to clear their cookies as well but start with just the cache.
Also, please make sure both your operating system and browser are up to date.

A couple years ago this type problem was corrected by not downloading the familysearch software app from google play to a chromebook. As I found out by using itself it was okay. But if you went to browser and online website you would find their software versions competing with each other during your session. Another problem popup arose asking if you wanted to open program with browser or familysearch. It must have been behaving as android software with a small window. However, this time tried separate browsers and uninstallation but it is not changing to normal this time.
