1) There are THREE deaths on this page; but only two are indexed. INDEX for "Constance Eva Lee" is missing.

2) Click the link for "Selina Matilda McCormick" and we see that someone has suggested parents are "Sidney S. Lee" and "Edith I Angus". WRONG! These are parents of "Constance Eva Lee"!!

Hopefully, someone knows how to get these TWO errors fixed.

Did you make this edit? At least Selina Matilda McCormick's record shows correctly, when you click on the "View Record Details" icon (from the Search page).

As far as Constance Eva Lee is concerned, I believe it will need a full re-indexing of the whole set of records in order that an indexed record is available for her. There have been similar reports of this type of problem and - once an indexing project is finished - there appears to be no going back, so missed items can be included.

Unfortunately, the "Birth Year Estimated" or "Death Age" fields cannot be edited, so Selina's age (shown as that of Constance's) cannot be changed to reflect the fact she was 65 in (February) 1926, so had a 1860 or 1861 year of birth - not 1921.

Selina's age 5 is not from Constance. Constance was only 2 days old.

Yes, sorry - without checking, I wrongly assumed this (like the parents' details) had been carried across from the record alongside.
