Above are the two ways to get to the same batch that Im doing right now. I just finished reviewing and noticed that the last entry,#41 and #39 seem to be the EXACT same person. Same name, same member number, and it lists him as a loss from the roll above so I assume its the same guy.

I know that this situation has happened before to me, and it must have happened as well to other indexers and reviewers at some point. Problem is that I dont think it happens very often so I havn't thought to clarify it until now.

Ive always just indexed the 2nd listing as another entry just as this indexer has done. Is this the right choice and should I continue to do this? Or not? As for right now, should I keep this entry 41 or should I delete it?

You should delete entry 41. It only takes one unique name entry to get the researcher to the image and there is no other information to be garnered from the repeated entry. If the same names had been in consecutive order, the system would have deleted the second entry.
