I have been a member for many, many years and because I haven't been on for awhile due to circumstances out of my control but I keep reading you must be new here. It was so easy before but your changes are not that understandable to me and leaves us no room to write our stuff up. I must have created people who should have already been there. So many add things and they do not know the right answers.

'Yes', there has ben MANY "Changes"; and, the "System"; is, "Everchanging", nowadays days.
You are not alone ...

Question: Are you able to visit, a "Family History Centre", of the Church, near you?
The (Volunteer) "Staff Members", of the "Family History Centres", of the Church, would be only too willing to help/assist you.
IF, there are NO "Family History Centre", of the Church, near you, that are open; THEN, what about, contacting; or, visiting, a congregation of the Church, near you - just to ask for help/assistance, with 'FamilySearch'.
The Members of the Church, in the Local communities, would also be only too willing to help/assist you.

The only time I have seen that message is when not signed in. If the first thing you when coming to the site it to sign in, you shouldn't see that message anymore.
