Error When Submitting a Reviewed Batch

I have received the following error message.
I waited a day, tried again. I closed FamilySearch, reopened, tried again. Any suggestions?

@Patrick S. Hoggan Please post your batch code (the letters and numbers in brackets after the project title) or the URL link for your batch. There are many reasons for error messages. By taking a look at the batch, maybe it can be sorted out.

I have reviewed the following batch: US, Indiana, Miami County—Marriages, 1955–1964 [M3VN-JVF]
I restarted my computer again, and got the same "Submit Failed" error. I appreciate your help.

Thanks for sharing the batch, Patrick. It appears to be submittable; you have filled in all the fields and deleted any excess entries. Since you have tried restarting the computer, I think you could now try resetting the FamilySearch cookies by going to https://www.familysearch.org/cookies and see what happens.
