[M3V7-SMY] on entries 3-10 it shows the trustee and then the name o9f the person. These persons should be indexed right?

In answer to your question - A trustee is one who holds the Assets of a Trust. Therefore, if a Trustee is the name of a person you can index the name. If the trust were a corporation or name of a Trust then you would not index it. Bullet point 4 states: Index all names except those listed in the "Owner" or "Remarks" columns, or names of companies or trusts. Often, names of owners appear on the right side of the image; these names should not be indexed.  We will index the personal names of those who have Trustee indicated.
