YOU ASKED ME A QUESTION

An email you sent me today asked if i would like to see the story about my great grandfather and his experiences and his association with religion. Naturally I said YES and clicked the link. Guess what, another of your great let-downs, Oh, sorry we can't show you that, page. 404. So, I was disappointed again, a very common occurrence on this website.

How do you propose to let me see that story, that is my question.

    I received a similiar email about an ancestor appearing in a religious record. I had no issues accessing it.

    The 404 error often indicates a temporary issue. I suggest trying again a few minutes later.

    I can now open a page but it has a message "sorry we are unable to retrieve your information".

    It looks like a lost cause to me

    And, I was NOT familiar, with the particular "Campaign", by 'FamilySearch' ...

    Hm ...

    Not much good to me, personally; as, ALL such "Records", were ALREADY "Attached", to the x20 individuals/persons ...

    [ I will just have to "Wait"; UNTIL, that particular "Campaign" is, "Refreshed"; and, repopulated with a NEW batch ... ]

    Now ...

    That Said ...

    Question: Can you yet 'see' (ie. get access to) that particular "Campaign"?

    IF, you CANNOT, through that "E-mail", that you received; THEN, try the above "Link"/"URL, that certainly seems to be working now.

    [ I tried, that "Link"/"URL", on BOTH, my 'FamilySearch' Accounts ... ]

    Please advise.
