Hello,

my mail-address contains a sub-domain like "address@my.domain.de", but I can't enter this in the e-mail-field. The first answer was "wrong address", but currently the page returns "Oops, something went wrong. Plesse refresh the page".

How can I enter my current mail address into that field?

Thank you

Kind regards

    Hi TKlusmann

A check for your name in the database shows that you were able to successfully sign in Jan 10 2022.

Looks like all is now OK for you.

    Dear Mrs. Hawks,

thank you for checking the database.

The problem isn't to sign in but to change the mailadress. The current mailadress won't work much longer. I need to change it. It's seems inpossible to enter a mailadress with a subdomain like name@sub.domain.de.

    Kind regards

@TKlusmann - Would you be able to confirm where you are trying to change your email address - here in the community (https://community.familysearch.org/) or on FamilySearch.org (https://www.familysearch.org/)?
