Hawaii Delayed Birth Record found in two places for the same person
A Hawaii Delayed Birth Record for Anita Kalikookalani Paikuli (Mrs. Akana) born March 2, 1892, Certificate No. 27959, was found on DGS-4013126 (images 900-911), which covers Registration Nos. 27202 - 28256, and on DGS-8323331 (images 2345 - 2353), which covers folks born from 13 March 1908 to 30 April 1908. Neither has all of the images related to her delayed birth. DGS-4013126 does not have a copy of the Certificate of Hawaiian Birth issued on 3 August 1938 and images 909-911 are a repeat of images 906-908. DGS-8323331 does not have the receipt that she signed.
