ChurchofJesusChrist.org and FamilySearch.org - not syncing
I am helping a sister in my ward. She has both accounts (above) and they both have the same log-in. She isn't able to see the LDS Ordinances/ Temple information in her FS account. Her Church account has her membership number attached.
She recently went to the temple for her own endowments so initially she didn't sign up with a membership number. She tried to enter it into FS but got an error message.
There "used to be" a profile page that had a box to click "change membership status" or something like that. It isn't there anymore!
Is there a simple solution to this problem? To get her membership number into the FS Account information? She's anxious to get going!!

FamilySearch will not display Temple Ordinance informatio0n for a living person. Below is a link to an article in the FamilySearch Help Center that will assist in adding her membership number. Click on the link and it will take you to the article.

I am just another 'lowly' User/Patron ...
[ And, I happen to be a member of the Church ... ]
Just in passing ...
A few possibilities ...
[ 1 ]
Question:
Does the Sister have MORE than ONE 'FamilySearch' Account?
eg. One as a non-member; and, another as a Member - it happens.
IF, she does, just so that you are aware; THEN, multiple Accounts, in 'FamilySearch', CANNOT be merged.
Furthermore ...
She should be able to access 'FamilySearch'; as, a Member of the Church, through her "Church" Account; where, the "Temple" Work SHOULD be displayed.
OR ...

Question:
At any stage, in the "Settings", in her 'FamilySearch' Account, under the "Account" 'Tab'; down to "Family Tree Preferences"; and, even, further down to "Account", did she "Uncheck"/"Untick" the "Show temple information"; because, if she did at any stage, and, DID NOT "Re-Check"/"Re-Tick" such; then, she will NOT 'see' the "Temple" Work.
OR ...

An "Oldie"; but, STILL, often, a "Goodie" ...
Have the Sister, "Clear", the "Cookies"; and, the "Cache", of the "Browser" she is using.
That often does the trick ...
It may NOT; but, sometimes does ...
.
Good Luck.
I hope, that one of these may help/assist.
