Exact dates are missing from posts and comments

@Caleb L, I noticed today that posts and comments in the Community no longer indicate the exact date of posting. Instead, only the month and year are listed.

This seems like an unnecessary change and makes it very difficult, sometimes impossible, to determine the sequence of comments (especially since comments are moved out of order when accepted as a "best answer"). It also makes it impossible to know whether someone has waited one day or one month for an answer to their question.

Please reinstate the exact-date information on posts and comments. Thank you!

    Charlotte

I noticed such the last few days ...

And, have been thinking the same ...

    I TOTALLY agree with you.

The FULL 'Date' (ie. Day Month Year) SHOULD appear, rather than having to "Hover" over them.

And, 'Yes', it seems such an unnecessary "Change".

@Charlotte Noelle Champenois - We may not have any control over this. :( I'll see what I can find out from the community platform.

However, @Brett . is correct about the hover workaround, so at least we have that going for us. :)

    @PiperWilson

    Piper

    Just in passing ...

I am sure, that there are "Upgrades"/"Releases", to the "Vanilla" Platform.

Some "Upgrades"/"Releases", may be 'In-Line"; where, we DO NOT either, 'hear'; or, know about them.

Whereas, some "Upgrades"/"Releases", WILL be major ones, that we DO, 'hear', and, certainly, know about.

This "Change", with the "Removal", of that actual Day, IS something NEW ...

IF, this "Change", with the "Removal", of that actual Day, is one of those "Upgrades"/"Releases", that was 'In-Line"; THEN, ... we (well, some of us) DO NOT like it; and, WANT it rescinded.

This particular post, is "Feedback"; and, an ACTUAL "Request".

    And ...

I would have thought, that the "Community.FamilySearch" Forum, would certainly have some 'sway' (or, control over) the "Changes" to the Platform, to some degree; as, the "Change", seems to be a "Recent" one; and, a minor one, possibly by the Creator (and, Owner) of the Platform.

I hope, that this "Request", is being considered.

    Just my thoughts.

    Piper

    I know.

And, honestly, you are doing a great job.

Especially, for one that is new.

[ It is just that some of us, have been around, in the Forum, for a while ... ]

Thank you, @PiperWilson! It is a wonderful relief to see the full dates back. I really appreciate you having looked into and fixed the issue.
