Discovery page banner with Dismiss - can we have a toggle in our Settings?

I'd like to see a toggle in my Settings where I can turn the Discovery page banner notification on or off. I rarely have a need to go see the pages, and I dismiss the banner regularly. It does come back, so I'm dismissing it frequently as I navigate the details pages for my ancestors.

A way to turn it off in Settings would be much appreciated. This wouldn't eliminate the Dismiss option on the banner, but would allow those of us who do not go to those pages to stop seeing them unless we toggle the option back on.
