Separating restricted and unrestricted items

Hello everyone and a happy new year to you all!

I'm getting in touch because I've been for a while trying to access the Church records for El Olivar, Guadalajara, Spain but they're all unavailable except for death records. This is because, although technically unrestricted, they're lumped together with other items which are.

Would it be possible for someone with access to be able to separate them into restricted and unrestricted, so that those records that can be viewed can be accessed by all?

Is there a specific team/person/email address that we should direct this query to?

Thank you very much in advance.

Best wishes,

Gonzalo

I believe Search> Images may be able to break film reels containing different sets of records into separate waypointed sets - you can check there for the film/location you are interested - to see if Familysearch has done that. If not there then I am unaware of a separate department/address to request such. Hopefully a moderator can check and get your question the attention needed.
