Father: Edie Dron B: 15 Nov 1919 D: 26 March 1982

Mother: Helen Emily Pankowski B: 31 March 1920 D: 18 October 2018

Trying to add living child: Born: 1944

In red I get the following message: ! Save failed. You are trying to create a relationship between a living person who died more than 150 years ago.

Parents died less that 150 years previous to child. My understanding is that living people cannot be seen by the public but to have a complete picture for myself they need to be seen by me and some of the children will have deceased children of there own.

Hope someone can help me.

Question adding living person to parents failed saying person died 150 years earlier.jpg

    FYI

    Welcome to the "Community.FamilySearch: Forum.

    I am just another ;lowly' User/Patron ...

The Problem/Issue, is that the "Standard", that has been selected/applied (in fact, by you), for the 'Date' of "Death", for the Father, Edie DRON ( GDJV-SV2 ) - ie. March 0026 (ie. March in the Year 26 AD).

Easy mistake to make; especially, if one is going, a little too quickly.

All you need to do, is to 'access' that 'Date' of "Death", for the Father, Edie DRON ( GDJV-SV2 ); and, then, "Stanadardise" that 'Date' of "Death" to "26 March 1982".

    That, should address/fix, the problem/issue.

    I hope, that this helps/assists.
