Record Search is not working

I am having issues with the search function since December. I am able to get onto the site, but whenever I select the search function it returns a blank page and no results.

Rebooting and messing with cookies would have no effect as this is appears to be a server-side issue.

Any help would be appreciated as this has been going on for days and it would be good if it could be resolved.
