What help do you need? It looks like you did great in translating. The date of entry is 9 Jan so she apparently died 8 Jan 6pm (year unknown but probably on another page of the register). I think the 'lives in neighborhood' is Cuscatancingo not Cuzcatlan?

I am very grateful for all this immense work that you have done, I feel a lot of respect for all of you.
Now turning to the problem, what confuses me is when I found an incongruity with the information that apears in the legal document and the small description at the bottom of the page. Her husband's name (botton of the page) is Macario Gomez intead of Macario Torres, even found that her sex is male.
I would appreciate if you help me to find the right information.

It is not editable. You can make a note in the reason for attachment in Family Tree that the index is incorrect - until if/when it becomes editable.
