Should rectifications be indexed as a marriage record?

I was wondering if rectifications should be indexed as a marriage record? If they are not indexed but come up in a record that needs to be reviewed, then should they be trashed if on a page with another record or the page should be classified as "No extractable Information" if it appears as the only entry on a page.
