On IOS Devices - Horizontal Toolbar Missing icons

This morning on my iPad and iPhone:

Missing

This happened a few weeks ago and cleared up on its own. Maybe the engineers should look into this.

NOTE: It would essentially be impossible to index or review on an iPad without an external keyboard (so no Cmd+B option to <Blank> a field) and no access to these icons (e.g., the first, <Blank> a field one).
