another glitch in the indexing of records
found the person i was seeking in the search
clicked on person’s name in linked text
& was told the record no longer exists
opened the image by clicking the camera icon
went to ‘index image’ at bottom of page
it repeated his mothers info from the previous line
i used ‘edit’ to try to manually enter the info from the image
it replaced his errant info, but also replaced his mother’s info with his.
this happened another time with a different record,
never could get it solved here but somehow it fixed itself at some point.
the current problem is here, in the household of mary e. morris,
with son ralph r. :

FYI
Welcome to the "Community.FamilySearch" Forum.
I am just another 'lowly' User/Patron ...
FYI
Please be advised, that there is a KNOWN, significant, Problem/Issue, in regard to, "Sources" (plus, the attaching thereof); and, the "1900, Census of the United States of America", that 'FamilySearch' is aware of; and, addressing (ie. Trying to FIX).
There is NO indication, WHEN such will be FIXED.
It really is a matter, of being patient; and, just waiting ...
I know, that this does not help/assist; but, I hope, that this provides you with some, information.
