Individual statistics

I served as a stake indexing director years ago before the web indexing. At that time, I tracked the indexing stats by individual and would make certificates for unit leaders to hand out during the announcement section of a sacrament meeting to keep indexing in the minds of the congregation and recognize those who did a lot of indexing and reviewing.

I am once again serving in a similar capacity. I can't seem to determine the statistic by individual anymore. Has it been removed or am I simply missing it? Or maybe we can add it back in if it is no longer available.

I personally have never heard of that happening, but it sounds possible. Does your stake have everyone in a stake group? In my stake, we have stake and ward groups. You can see the totals the stake has, and then break those down when you select each ward, and you can then see how many each individual ward completed towards the whole. However after that, you cant really tell who in each ward did what.

This is what I can see on my end, and im just a member of the group. As the Indexing director you most likely have more access that I do. If thats the case and you also cant find how it could work they may have removed it in the name of "privacy". I dont see how knowing how much someone is indexing would affect them unless they were'nt indexing at all and their embaressed.

We no longer track individual indexing records due to privacy concerns. Thank you for asking!

If I understand this correctly, that's a rather diabolical end run to create a subgroup with individuals just to see their indexing numbers.

    Translates as:

What is indicated, it is possible to obtain that information, however for this it is necessary to create subgroups and gradually add all the members in this or these subgroups. Once this is done, you will be able to get a report, there you will be able to see the number of records that each person makes in the month, quarter or year.

Here a detail, you can only see the information when the person joins the group, if before registering information this is not transferred to the group, you can only read it from then on.
