Why would a 1900 US Census Record have been removed?

San Francisco, California record for a 24 year old lodger named Anita Bronson is available on Ancestry but not on FamilySearch. Why would it have been taken down? ---Thank you!

There is a problem with the 1900 census index. Developers have it on their list to fix. See this thread among others: https://community.familysearch.org/en/discussion/111793/a-gremlin-in-the-1900-us-census-kearny-new-jersey#latest
