I'm attempting to recover an email from you guys about the life and times of my paternal grandmother, Lura Etzell MOORE...You sent the email the week of 12-20-2021. Is there any way you can re-send it?

I am not able to resend that email, but there is a discovery page available for her.

The answer is: Not necessarily.
If they are set up the same, then they will be the same.
However, if you change information on one account, it will not automatically change on the other account.
If you want them to be the same, whenever you change one you will need to change the other one also.
Or, they can remain different, that is ok too.
