Why are you perpetuating inaccuracies with the new "Discovery Page"?
Your life summary page of my father is full of errors. You are perpetuating the endemic problem of FamilySearch, org, a database full of errors created by the users, and now, you.
My father was nowhere near the prohibition era, because he was thousands of miles away. And the original surname of the family was Mancini, not Mangini, for starters. The historical markers you have placed are glaringly wrong, most people in this database didn't live in the United States! You couldn't even begin to show the traditional dress of every town in Italy, either. So, a young person sees that mass of confusion and takes it as truth. It is worse than nothing.
What you could do of real value is to stop adding distracting features that do nothing to solve the accuracy problem you already have, and are increasing, is to provide a usable search engine that gives you results BEFORE you have to go hunt all over the place in other sites to get the information you need, if available, to find what you need. All this fluff only serves to distract and contribute to inaccuracies. If it weren't the place one needs to use to do Temple work, not one of my ancestors would appear in this site.
