Bug: person name shrinks on mouseover: View My Relationship
I'm using Chrome browser on Windows 7 PC
To reproduce the bug:
View the Person page of someone with whom you have a relationship.
Click "View My Relationship".
In the graph of relationship, mouse over a name, and off the name.
The font shrinks and remains the new font size. (And since the upper left anchor of the name does not change, the visual result is also that the name moved up to the left.)

Welcome to the "Community.FamilySearch" Forum.
I am just another 'lowly' User/Patron ...
I am NOT experiencing the "Bug", that you are experiencing ...
But ...
That Said ...
I am using, the "Browser" of 'Google' "Chrome", with the "Operating System" of 'Microsoft' "Windows 10"; and, both, with the LATEST versions of each.
'FamilySearch' suggests, that they ONLY support, the LATEST version; and, the previous versions, of such.
Therefore, I would humbly suggest, that ...
IF, you are running with an "Operating System" of 'Microsoft' "Windows 7"; THEN, that may be the reason for the problem/issue, that you are experiencing.
Here are some "Knowledge Article", in 'FamilySearch':
Which internet browsers are compatible?

Where is states, among other things:

The website supports the current Windows and Mac operating system (OS) versions and one version back. Please note that the Mac OS does not allow you to update the Safari browser independent from the Mac OS. You must update the Mac OS to have the latest Safari browser version. If you are unable to update your Mac OS, we recommend you download and install one of the other supported browsers.

Supported browsers
Regardless of the operating system you use, our website works with these fully supported browsers:
- Apple Safari—the current version and one previous
- Google Chrome—the current version and one previous
- Microsoft Edge—the current version and one previous
- Mozilla Firefox—the current version and one previous
Normally, Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge update themselves with the latest features, bug fixes, and security patches. If your browser is not set to update itself, you can go to the browser's website to update it yourself. Safari is a browser built into the Mac operating system, and it cannot be updated independent of the operating system on a Mac computer. We recommend checking for an operating system update and updating to ensure you have the latest Safari browser version.

And ...
Just in case ...
I got a message that the site does not support this browser
How do I keep pop-up blockers from causing issues?
I know, that this may certainly not help/assist; but, I hope, that this may provide some additional, insight; and, perspective.

@JohnDarrow1 I do not experience that issue in any browser, on Windows 10. I would comment that FS has said that Windows 7 is no longer supported within the FHC environment. I have not read any details for home viewing.
