Creating a new Person

Hello everyone,

Anyone else having trouble creating new people profiles? I have already cleared my browser's cache, restarted the laptop, but the problem persists.

    Yay! I just added the person that prompted me to come to this page. I did a "refine Search" just to get rid of the error (Thankfully I didn't 'x' out the record before I got frustrated). Then followed normal procedures.

    Yes! I was successful at adding an unconnected person twice, but now that doesn't work either....

    I am having trouble with adding an unconnected person too. I was successful adding a child to a parent, but the profile already existed.

    @SuzVS , Just tried and was able to add a Living unconnected person
