Indexing Blog article out of date

The blog article "Pay no attention to that man behind the curtain" published 23 April 2012 is about Arbitrators and is no longer pertinent as the position of Arbitrator is gone. Instead it has been replaced with a reviewer who does much of the same thing but differently. We probably should delete that article to reduce confusion.

I strongly disagree. It should be retained as part of the historical record, but if it is causing confusion, then put a warning banner prominently at the top of the page.

I personally dont see how it would be confusing in the present as everyone isnt bothered by it and business is going on here as usual. Id say keep it as @A van Helsdingen said.
