Is it right?

Hi, friends!

Today I had a batch United States—Enlisted and Officer Muster Rolls and Rosters, 1916–1939 [Part M][M3JX-BN4] and I am not sure that there should be the names of the officers who prepares the report. I looked at the instruction, it says the same. So, this batch should have only ONE name, not THREE? Is it correct?

Let me know, please.

I agree it should only have Baker, Clark Austin.

According to the examples the date should also be adjusted to Oct 8 as the image is a letter of correction and not a roster.
