Firstly, could it be possible to list member names by order of their last names rather than first names. This would group family members together.

Secondly, Please consider inserting some description to explain the colour status of the 'copy' link column.

for example:

Blue colour means new Temple Opportunity, Record Hint or Discovery Experience is awaiting.

Pink colour means the link has been copied for the member next to it.

Please also clarify when the colour returns to Blue, does it mean there is new hint awaiting or the ward member has not attended their Easy Invitations?

This will help consultants keep track of their invitations.
