Copy a person by id

The ID provided by @HansGylesjo is 3NVQ-G26 but the ID found by @Brett . in the Pedigree Resource File is 3NVQ-G2H which does have the information Hans provided. Where is the 3NVQ-G26 number found?
I'll proceed on the assumption that 6 is a typographical error. That is why I always click on ID numbers and use the Copy ID feature then paste the number rather than trying to type it.
Family Tree opened in 2012. At that time, I believe I recall learning that the Pedigree resource file was copied into Family Tree. However, since that time, nothing added to the Pedigree resource file has automatically been added to Family Tree. They are being kept as two individual, separate databases and will diverge more and more with time.
Looking at the PRF record for Elin Sofia Alida, you can see that the GEDCOM file with her information was 23 March 2018. This was six years after Family Tree opened. At that point, it was totally up to the person who uploaded the file whether or not he then added that GEDCOM to Family Tree.
Elin Sofia Alida, her parents, and her husband all have quite long names which increases that chance of finding unique matches when searching if they exist. Trying several searches, I can't find any of them. So I think it is safe to assume that the person who uploaded the family information in the Pedigree Resource File never transferred any of it into Family Tree.
Therefore, you cannot add Elin Sofia Alida by ID because the PFR and FT databases are two separate databases with separate ID systems that look that same but are not, although in some situations a person will have the same ID in one as they do in the other and because she exists only in PFR and not in FT. You do not "have a copy of an already existing record," just a record in a separate database. You will need to manually add all her information to Family Tree.

Welcome to the "Community.FamilySearch" Forum.
I am just another 'lowly' User/Patron ...
Question: Is the individual/person either, STILL "Living"; or, are they "Deceased"?
Please advise.
Furthermore ...
IF, they are "Deceased"; THEN, ...
Question: Did you get that identifier, from the "Genealogies" Part, of 'FamilySearch'?
https://www.familysearch.org/search/genealogies
[ Or, maybe, off an OLD "Paper" record? ]
Again, please advise.

Right ...
Question: What is the individual's/person's "Details" (eg. Name, DOB; POB; etc ...)?
That OLD "Identifier" may have been "Merged"/"Combined", in the predecessor to "Family Tree"; being, "New.FamilySearch"; as, such, NO LONGER, linked in "Family Tree".
We can have a look at the "Record" in the "Genealogies" Part, of 'FamilySearch'.
Please advise.

Right ...
This record in the "Genealogies" Part, of 'FamilySearch':
https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/2:2:3NVQ-G2H
I certainly have NO experience, in regard to individuals/persons, from Sweden ...
But ...
That Said ...
I took a quick 'look' in BOTH,
(1) the "Genealogies" Part, of 'FamilySearch'; and/or,
(2) the "Family Tree" Part, of 'FamilySearch',
without much (any) success (a few maybes with other Family members ...).
[ Possibly, 3NVQ-G2H, has been "Merged"/"Combined"; and, lost, in "New.FamilySearch' ]
Of course, you could try, 'Messaging', through "User Messaging", of 'FamilySearch', the User/Patron, 'Johan Gille', who uploaded that Data, in the "Genealogies" Part, of 'FamilySearch', in the "Pedigree Resource File".
You never know ...
IF, you are lucky; and, they are still around; THEN, they may be help/assist.
Perhaps, the individual/person (and, Family), were never "Created", in "Family Tree", of 'FamilySearch'.
I am sorry ...
I will stand side ...
Leaving the matter, to OTHERS in this forum, who have experience, in Sweden; or, that region, in Europe.
Again, sorry ...
[ You may just have to "Create", from "Scratch"; and, 'see' what turns up, along the way ... ]

If you are referring to adding an ID to Family Tree, you will not find this reference in the database, as it applies just to the record / ID in Genealogies. I have just checked an ancestor's record in Genealogies and confirmed there is no match with his ID in Family Tree. (In Genealogies his ID begins 3W, but in Family Tree with L8)

The IDs in Genealogies look the same as Family Tree IDs, but they do not correspond.

@Gordon Collett Thanks for your answer, it explains why I could not copy the data. By the way, I used the copy id, and the Id I wrote in my original question was my typo and it refers to her husband.
