    HI, JonD

If you share the batch code of the batch you are working on, that's the group of letters and numbers at the end of your project title, then we will be able to give you a good answer. Maybe you don't need to or we can give you suggestions of how to make it easier. Without the batch information we can not really help.

Just post the code here and someone will help.

You do not have to index the same information multiple times. Most of these projects are set up with a pre-set number of entries (Like Entry 1 of 50). All you need to do is index all of the available information on your image, or images, and then delete the unused entries.

If your batch has multiple images about the same person that are not duplicates, you might have to create an index for each image. The blue bar will say Image 1 of 2, or however many images are in the batch. If you do have more images that need to be indexed, then you can index that information on each one and delete all those pesky unneeded entries after you have completed all the entries.

To delete unused entries, click on the Trash Can icon in the middle of the toolbar. Select "all blank entries". Click Delete.

Now the last entry will have the Submit Batch tab - or you can use the Submit Batch icon.
