Some batches are geographically assigned and can only be opened if you live in a certain country. See this Article.

This article says "A restriction is in place that prevents you from viewing the images. An example of this would be a contract between FamilySearch and the custodian of the records that allows only people living in a specific country to index the records."

If the project is restricted to a certain group for indexing, it usually won't appear in your Find Batches List. Maybe this one just didn't get the proper programming.

Not sure what the private message that answered the question said, but,

I have had this happen to batches too and once I signed out of the program and back in, the batches were available. If that doesn't work, just return them and let someone else try. Click on Batch, Return Batch.
