Adding a picture tag to a read only person.

Hello! My Great-grandaunt, Luella Smart Parkinson, is marked as a read only person. I don't quite know why she is, but I wanted to tag her in some family pictures, and it won't let me do that. Her ID number is: KWCH-JPJ . I found a help center article that said I should post a question here to get help with this, so I hope this is the right place! Thanks.

    In looking at the history of changes, there may have been a tug of war with memories/sources added, then removed. Why don't you click the "show all" changes and browse through the listing. It might help.
