We have filled in the suggestion to add a new place to the database of standard places, as found in this Help Center article:

We are also making the suggestion here in the Community in case it reaches additional people who have anything to do with the database of standard places.

Currently Jeffersonville City is listed in Utica County, Indiana. This is incorrect.

There is a listing for Jeffersonville Township is listed as Jeffersonville Township, Clark, Indiana. This is correct.

But another, more specific city needs to be added. Jeffersonville City is the county seat of Clark County. It is an important city and needs to be added to the data base like this: Jeffersonville City, Jeffersonville Township, Clark, Indiana.

Please also see the map attached. The dark area at the bottom tip is Jeffersonville City inside of Jeffersonville Township, inside of Clark County.
