How do you remove records someone else has added please ?

(General response to general question - implication of incorrectness of edits is assumed from your question. Thus this answer straightforwardly accepts that implication. Subsequent answers are not accepting your implication or point out the obvious (what records?). Yes you should make sure the records are actually incorrect before removing them - but such is implied. Just as the Tree is open-edit for incorrect attachment - it allows though with 'more labor' - the removal of incorrect 'records').
To remove incorrect spouse(s) - Edit/Delete the Couple Relationship from the Details view of the appropriate person.
To remove incorrect children from a family - Edit/Delete the Parent-Child Relationship from the Details view of the appropriate parent.
The 'edit relationship' icon is a small pad and pencil - either to the righthand side of the marriage or righthand side of the child when viewing the Details page of one of the parents.
To remove incorrect records/sources - Detach them on the Sources tab of the person to whom they are incorrectly attached.
Depending on the type of and how recently the changes were made - you may benefit from Editing/Restoring changes via Latest Changes for the person.
There are some Help Center articles for editing these relationships or I would suppose for records as well - perhaps a FamilySearch representative can attach those links in a response.

@Kaz Lovell what kind of records are being added, and why do you want them removed?
If you would share a person ID so we can see what you see, that would help.

The first issue is, are these records wrong? Or do you just not want to have them?
If the information added is correct and just expands what you see beyond what you want displayed, keep in mind that here in Family Tree all of us are working together to expand and properly source the one tree we are all working on. There is no reason to remove correct records.
