Help find film number from batch number
I have an Indexing Project Batch Number for a record, however there is no associated film number attached. The Batch number is I04390-5, and it is listed under Ohio Births and Christenings 1821-1962. How can I find the film number so that I can review the document

I don't know if there is a direct answer to your question.
However the collection Ohio Births and Christenings, 1821-1962 is https://www.familysearch.org/search/collection/1680845
If you try searching by name, you will hopefully be able to locate the record, and find there is now a microfilm listed. Information provided says "Microfilm copies of these records are available at the Family History Library and FamilySearch Centers"

I suspect that this batch is so old that the film number associations have been lost. There's definitely something Really Weird going on with the location field on it: if I try to filter the search on birthplace, it gives the same number (3000) for all of the options, and shows exactly the same results regardless of which one I pick. The Wiki page on batch numbers indicates that this batch contained mixed extractions (birth/christening, marriage, death/burial) from a single microfilm. It also indicates that there's supposed to be a GS Film Number, and I don't see any instructions about what to do if that's missing. (I also tried a general web search, and discovered that there is some Truly Ancient material out there about the IGI. Not surprising, I suppose, given that it's older than me....)
In any case, the search by batch number shows that whatever the film number, it came from Hamilton, Ohio (I think the county, not the town, but I can't be certain), so the best I can suggest is to explore the catalog for that place. Nothing jumped out at me as the obvious answer, unfortunately.
