I'm doing Death Notices, and the individual is divorced. Do I record the divorced spouse as the spouse, or leave the spouse entry blank?

In order to answer your question, it would be helpful to look at the batch. The batch number can be found after the name of the batch starting with the letter M.

The Project Instructions state to index the most current spouse whether deceased or divorced. Thank you for your dedication to the indexing program.

Thankyou for clearing that up for me, I shall pay more attention to the Project Instructions.

I am homebound and so thoroughly enjoy indexing. It gives me the opportunity to give something back.
