Not sure what to do when I am reviewing an indexed record and the indexer has added information that is not on the document which was indexed. Not sure where they got the additional information from so I'm not sure if I should delete it or leave it?

Could they have gotten the information from a Reference image?

    Steps

    1. Click the 4th icon in the small, vertical toolbar to the left of the screen.
      • You can also click Data Entry in the top menu, and then click Show Reference Images.
    2. The reference image opens on the right side of the image area. Click the thumbnail of the image you want to view.
    3. Adjust the size and contrast of the reference image to find the information you need.
    4. You can continue indexing while viewing both images at the same time.

Please share your batch code, the group of letters and numbers at the end of the batch title, and some one will be able to help.

They indexer could be getting the information from a reference image, but unless we know what you are working on we cannot give a good answer.
